The factory rear rack for the Saturn. Heybike's folding bikes do not take generic racks well, so this is the sanctioned way to add cargo capacity to the Saturn frame.
Once it is on, the Saturn accepts the pannier bag, large rear basket, and tail bag. Think of it as the unlock for everything else in the cargo lineup.
