A separate Step-Thru Comfort Package with a different-length seat post exists for step-thru frames.

Overview
XP Comfort Package
The Comfort Package pairs Lectric's Suspension Seat Post with the upgraded Giant Seat, and it is the fix for the most common complaint on small-wheel ebikes: the ride beats you up. The coil-spring post soaks up hits, while the seat adds two inches of width and high-density foam for a more neutral spine position.
The vinyl cover is weatherproof, the post adjusts with a standard seat clamp, and fitment spans practically the entire Lectric range. One note: the step-thru version uses a different-length post, and either post raises minimum seat height by about 3 inches — worth flagging for shorter riders.
