HiKNiGHT H6 Pro
A dual-motor, full-suspension fat tire bike with a 52V 20Ah battery and a frame Ben calls the best thing about it. His honest read: very well made, middle of the road at everything, and a big bike for big riders.

What Makes The HiKNiGHT H6 Pro Tick

Dual Motors
Dual 2,000W hubs, 4,000W peak (HiKNiGHT)
One button, one or two motors
A button on the left pad switches between rear-only and dual motor. Ben likes how clearly it is laid out, and says flat roads are fine on one motor while any hill needs the second.
Tame off the line
Dual motor reached 23 mph on his acceleration run, but he calls it far from torquey: it will not spin the wheel or throw you into the seat. Good for new riders, not for riders who crave motorcycle feel.
Quiet enough
You can hear the motors a little, but he has heard much louder.

Frame & Suspension
Full suspension, 6061 aluminum
Immaculate welds
Ben: “The welds are immaculate on this bike,” and the frame is the highlight. He has not seen a frame this good at this price point for a while.
Rear air can, no valve
The rear shock is a compressed air can with no valve, rebound, compression or lockout. It is pumped up stiff, so at almost 200 lb he can barely get any travel out of it.
Fork preload only
Gold stanchions look great, but the only adjustment on the fork is preload.

Brakes & Tires
180 mm rotors, 26x4 Chao Yang fat tires
Brakes
Ben would have preferred 203 mm rotors on a bike this fast. On his 28 mph test he went a little past the 20-foot marker, which he calls average.
Tires
Chao Yang 26x4: decent on the road, decent off-road, quiet enough. Gravel and sand were no problem.
Hands-off wobble
Once he let go of the bars at speed the front end wobbled badly. He tells riders not to take their hands off.

The Cockpit
Simple Screen, Cheap Contact Points
Color display, mountain bike style bars
The color screen shows five battery bars, speed, assist level, trip, odometer, max and average speed and voltage. Ben found it dim on a grey day, and there is no battery percentage on the main screen.
The bars are wide with a half inch of rise and a three-inch stem, which stretches a 5'9" rider forward. The grips do not lock on and the pedals are plastic, which he would swap first. The headlight is bright and wide, with turn signals at the back only.

Size & Fittings

Will It Fit You?
- Rider height5'5" to 6'5" (HiKNiGHT)
- Max load380 lb (HiKNiGHT)
- WeightAbout 79 lb (HiKNiGHT)
- Wheels26" x 4.0" fat tires
- AssemblyAbout an hour (Ben)
With the seat all the way down Ben at 5'9" can almost reach the ground flat-footed. He calls it a big, roomy bike: if you are six feet or taller it fits well, and shorter riders should plan on a shorter stem and higher-rise bars. He did not like the stretched-out stance.

The Bike Cave Verdict
Ben's Take
“You're going to have to be okay with the bike being mediocre at pretty much everything. There's no surprises with this bike. It's very well made. It's got decent components, the performance is middle of the line. So if you're a new rider, this is going to be your first e-bike and you're a big person, this is going to be a really good bike for you. There's no red flags here. Decent electronics, great frame, decent components. Would I recommend this to someone? Yeah, sure. Would it be top of my list? Maybe not.”
“Not every bike is going to be a banger. Some bikes are just perfectly mediocre at everything. This bike, other than the death wobble up front, it doesn't have any red flags. I think it's a good quality bike that's got some quirks and you're just going to have to know how to handle it.”
Ben did not give this bike a Cave Score in the review, so there is no number here.
👍 What I loved
- The frame is the highlight: “The welds are immaculate on this bike”
- “One of the nicest headlights I've seen in a long time, especially for a bike under two grand”
- A clear single or dual motor button that saves battery on flats
- Lock, pump, phone holder, gloves and tools all in the box
- Very tame acceleration, good for new riders; nothing rattles
- Plenty of power once it is rolling, including through sand
👎 What to know
- Ben's word for the performance is “mediocre at everything”
- Hands off the bars at speed the front end wobbles badly
- Top speed was 33 mph with about 200 lb on board against a 38 mph claim
- Slow off the line and weak up a hill on one motor
- Rear air can has no valve; plastic pedals and grips that do not lock on
- Dim screen, no front turn signals, and a stretched cockpit for a 5'9" rider
