Ben's Take
The Hulk Goat is Goat Power Bikes stepping away from e-bikes entirely — this is a scooter, with a QSMOTOR drivetrain, a keyed ignition, mirrors, signals and a seat built for two. At $3,499 it undercuts most 60 MPH scooters, and the two-up seat and backrest come in the box rather than as add-ons. The catch is the same as the rest of this category: no VIN means no plates, so where you can legally ride it depends entirely on your state. I haven't had one on camera yet, so the 60 MPH and 60-mile figures are Goat's.
