Who should buy which
Get the IN 10 Pro if you are bigger than a teenager
Ben's words in the Pro review: “if you're 5'5" and smaller then sure, you might fit on the IN 10. But if you're over that, get the IN 10 Pro. It just feels like a much bigger bike.” He also said the suspension finally feels designed to support a 200 lb adult, and he rated the braking the best of any bike he has tested.
Get the IN 10 if price or rider size is the deciding factor
Ben's verdict on the IN 10: a good entry into the off-road e-moto category and a good way to get a kid used to instant torque, at $1,099. He flags the downsides plainly: it is loud, real range was about 15 miles for him, and the suspension bottoms out over 200 lb.
