What Makes The Euybike S4 Pro Tick

Motors & Battery
Two hubs, 52V 25Ah, 2A charger
Two switchable motors
Hold the bottom button to pick front, rear or both. The screen shows which are on.
Feathered throttle
“I can just easily feather that throttle, get a little bit of power, stay in complete control.”
Slow cadence sensor
About two full crank revolutions before the motors give power, then about a second of overrun.

Frame & Suspension
Short wheelbase, coil shock, 2-inch fork
Coil shock
Preload only. Ben scores the suspension about 7 out of 10: enough travel to delete bumps.
Nimble and sporty
A short wheelbase that suits curbs and gates in the city.
Wide, soft saddle
“One of the most comfortable seats I’ve ever been on.”

Brakes & Tires
Four-piston 203 mm hydraulics, 20 x 4 fat tires
Four-piston, 203 mm
From 28 mph Ben stopped with a bike length to spare.
CST-style fat tires
Fine on road and the beach; not the deepest tread.
Lights
A wide, bright headlight with daytime halo, turn signals and an RGB tail light.

The Bike Cave Verdict
Ben’s Take
If you want a really torquy and powerful dual motor moped-style e-bike for under 1,500 bucks, this is definitely a great option.
The brakes on this bike are some of the best you can get out there.
If you’re pushing 250 to 300 lb, the Max might be the one for you.
Ben did not give this bike a Cave Score in the review, so there is no number here.
