Ben's Take
The X5 AWD is the one I'd point most people at: it takes Tesway's dual-motor, 3600W all-wheel-drive powertrain and 200 Nm and drops it into an easy step-through frame, so the power is approachable rather than intimidating. A 52V 60Ah pack claiming 200 miles, hydraulic brakes and a 400 lb payload round out a very complete spec for $1,799. It's a heavy bike at 119 lbs, and I haven't verified the range or the 38 mph claim on camera yet — but as a do-everything step-through with real AWD grip, it looks like the pick of the range.
