I haven't loaded up the Abound LR on camera yet, but on paper it's one of the most sensible cargo e-bikes going. A 750W hub that peaks at 1188W with 80Nm and a torque sensor gives it the grunt and the smooth power delivery a loaded long-tail needs, and the 440 lb payload plus a long rear rack means it genuinely replaces a second car for the school run or the grocery haul. ACU connectivity, a rear-wheel lock and hydraulic brakes with a big rear rotor are exactly what you want on a bike you'll park loaded. At $1,999 it undercuts a lot of the cargo competition. It's heavy at 88 lbs and it's a 20 mph Class-2 bike, so it's about hauling comfortably rather than going fast — full ride review to come.
